性病恐怖症66例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　了解性病恐怖症形成原因 ,探讨性病恐怖症防治措施。方法　回顾性分析 6 6例性病恐怖症患者的临床表现及特征。结果　性病恐怖症患者的自觉症状主要为自疑STD病种的症状 ,83 33%的患者有不洁性交史 ,造成性病恐怖症主要有自身、社会、医源三方面的因素。结论　性病恐怖症的防治 ,首先应消除患者的恐惧心理 ,正确治疗各种性病 ,必要时可给适当的暗示性治疗。性病专科医生应掌握心理治疗的基本技能。Objective To discuss the reasons and the preventive measures of the venereal disease terror. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical manifestations and characteristics of the venereal disease terror in 66 cases. Results The subjective symptoms of the patients with venereal disease terror mainly belonged to the pathology of self-suspective STD,88.33% patients possessed the unhygienic venereal history,the reasons of venereal disease of terror lied in the comprehensive factors of the patients themselvies,society and diseased origins.Conclusion In the prevention of venereal disease terror,doctors should fully master the basic skills of psychological treatments,correctly treat all kinds of venereal diseases and perform the appropriate hinting treatments as necessary.
