小切口小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察小切口小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的效果。方法　对 4 8例 (6 6眼 )原发性青光眼患者施行小切口小梁切除术 ,观察术后患者眼压、视力、滤过泡及手术并发症等情况。结果　随访 10～ 2 0个月 (平均 18个月 ) ,4 5例患者的眼压控制在正常范围 ,平均眼压为17.30mmHg(2 .31kPa)。没有发生明显的手术并发症。结论　小切口小梁切除术操作简便 ,手术并发症少 。Objective It is to observe the effect of small incision trabeculectomy on primary glaucoma.Methods 48 cases (66 eyes) patients with primary glaucoma were operated with small incision trabeculectomy. Then the eye pressure, eyesight, filtering bleb and operative complications were observed.Results The eye pressure of 45 cases was controlled at normal range when the follow-up 12-20 months (mean 18 months) were finished, and the mean eye pressure was 17.30 mmHg (2.31 kPa). No obvious operative complication was occurred.Conclusion Small incision trabeculectomy has simple and conveninent operating techinique and less operative complication. The middle-far term curative effect is better than that of classical trabeculectomy.
