高能聚焦超声治疗直肠癌的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨高能聚焦超声 (high- intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)对人体直肠癌治疗的有效性及安全性。方法　利用北京源德生物医学工程股份有限公司提供的 FEP- BY0 1型高能聚焦超声治疗仪 ,治疗8例确诊为直肠癌 ,其中 6例为不愿手术或不能手术而采取保守治疗的病人。利用 B超定位 ,从体外聚焦肿块。结果　治疗前后比较临床表现、体征均有不同程度的改善 ,肿块可以脱落 ,且无并发症及毒、副作用。结论　 HIFU治疗直肠癌是一种安全有效、无创的保守治疗方法。Objective To study safety and curative effect of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in rectal cancer′s treatment.Methods Eight patients with rectal cancer were proved by pathology.All cases were cured with FEP-BY01 HIFU system.All tumors were focused from outside of body and located by B-ultrasonography.Results There appeared some improvement in clinical symptom and sign after treatment;some tumors shed;no side effect or toxic reaction was seen.Conclusion HIFU is an effective,safe,conservative treatment.
