摘　　要：有害信息判断问题是有害信息过滤研究当中的一个关键问题,同时也是一个难点问题。在这一问题上目前还没有一个很好的解决方法,主要决策判断过程仍停留在手工阶段,其效果很不理想。针对这一问题,该文提出了利用人工神经网络解决这一问题的方法,并用软件实现了相应的算法。结果表明,该方法决策迅速,准确率高,具有很高的应用价值。The judgement problem of ill healthy information is not only the key problem but also the nodus problem in the research for ill healthy information filtration. There is not a good resolution method for this problem now. The main process of decision-making and judgement still stay on the manual phases, so the effect isnt very perfect. In this paper, a new resolution method is put forward and realized based on artificial neural networks. It is proved by experiment to be good at expeditious decision-making and has high rate of accuracy. Moreover, the effect of this method is remarkable in practical application.
