奥沙利铂联合5-FU/LV治疗晚期大肠癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察奥沙利铂 (L -OHP)联合 5 -FU/LV方案应用于晚期大肠癌治疗的初步疗效及主要毒副反应。方法 :回顾性分析本所 2 0 0 1年 10月～ 2 0 0 4年 2月用奥沙利铂联合 5 -FU/LV方案治疗的 5 6例晚期大肠癌患者的临床资料。结果 :本组患者总有效率为 2 6 8% (15 / 5 6 ) ,均为部分缓解 ;主要毒副反应为外周感觉神经毒性 5 7 1% (32 / 5 6 ) ,均为I～II度 ;其次为消化道反应、骨髓抑制。结论 :奥沙利铂联合与 -FU/LV治疗晚期大肠癌近期疗效肯定 ,病人耐受性好 ,毒副反应较低 。Objective:To observe the preliminary effect of oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU/LV on advanced colorectal cancer and its side effects. Methods: 56 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated with oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU/LV in our institute between Oct 2001 and Feb 2004.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The partial response rate in patients with advanced colorectal cancer was 26.8%(15/56).The peripheral neuritis were the main side effect,grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ.The other side effects were digestive tract reaction and arrest of bone marrow.Conclusion: Oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU/LV is effective on advanced colorectal cancer for its potent short-term effect,well tolerance,mild side response.
