导纳胃动图在胃动力改变疾病中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的　研究分析慢性胃炎动力障碍型、糖尿病、肝硬化患者的胃动力变化。方法　应用导纳胃动图分析仪 ,对 13 1例胃动力障碍患者于空腹和进餐后 ,进行导纳胃动图检查 ,并与 2 0例正常人进行对照分析。结果　慢性胃炎胃动力障碍型患者存在明显胃动力学变化 ,表现为胃动过缓 5 9.5 %,胃动乏力 3 2 .9%;糖尿病患者有明显胃动力紊乱 ,表现为胃动过速 8.3 %、胃动过缓 2 5 .0 %,胃节律紊乱 3 7.5 %,胃动乏力2 9 2 %;而肝硬化失代偿期患者胃动力变化 ,表现为胃动力过缓 5 0 0 %、胃动乏力 3 2 .5 %;且餐后胃动力均无明显变化 ,而正常对照组胃动力无明显变化 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　慢性胃炎动力障碍型、糖尿病、肝硬化失代偿期患者均存在胃动力学变化 ,使用导纳胃动图检查 。Objective To explore the change of admittiance motoro gastro gram (AMGG ),the dynamic disorder of chronic gastritis and diabetes with hopatocirrhosis.Methods 131 cases dynamic disorder disease and 20 cases of healthy parsons,the relevent data was compared by AMGG analytical instrument.Results Relatons were found among AMGG,empting time and dynamic disorder.In type of chronic gastritis dynamic disorder AMGG delay of movement,which did not change obviously after eating or not eating.AMGG displayed movement fast or delay of movement with disorder,in the diabetes.AMGG delay of movement or movement fast,in the hopatocirrhosis.AMGG not change obviously in the normal persons.Conclusion The change of AMGG in the chronic gastritis and diabetes with hepatocirrhosis.AMGG is valuable injud stomach moventent disorder.
