摘 要:目的探讨骨巨细胞瘤中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与血管生成及预后的关系。方法对42例骨巨细胞的石蜡切片采用S-P法检测VEGF及CD34的表达,分析VEGF与微血管密度(MVD)及预后的关系。结果VEGF阳性率为57.14%。VEGF阳性组MVD均值分别高于VEGF阴性组(P<0.05)。VEGF与MVD呈正相关。结论VEGF与骨巨细胞瘤的血管生成密切相关。VEGF和MVD及手术方式均是影响其复发的危险因素之一。VEGF及MVD及手术方式均是影响其复发的危险因素之一。VEGF及MVD与骨巨细胞瘤预后有关,并为骨巨细胞瘤的抗血管生成治疗提供了实验依据。Objective: To investigate the expression pattern of VEGF in giant cell tumor of bone, and it′s relationship with tumor angiogenesis and prognosis. Methods: The expression of VEGF and MVD were examined in 42 cases of giant cell tumor by streptavidin-biotin immunoperoxidase method. The relation of the expression between VEGF, MVD and prognosis was analyzed. Results: The positive percentage of VEGF was 57.14% (24/42). The density of MVD in positive group of VEGF was higher than that in negative group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The results showe that the overexpression of VEGF is closely correlated with the density of angiogenesis in giant cell tumor of bone, and with prognosis of patients. The detection of VEGF and MVD may provide a experimental evidence for anti-angiogenesis therapy in giant cell tumor of bone.
