摘　　要：目的　观察钛合金铸造支架可摘义齿的临床疗效。方法　追踪观察 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 3年 4 0件钛合金铸造支架可摘局部义齿的功能和基牙健康状况。结果　 1～ 2年义龄功能良好率为 97 6 %。investigate the clinical effects of the removable partial denture with casting framework made of titanium alloy.Method 40 cases of remobable dentures with casting titanium alloy framework were performed. The health condition of neighbouring teeth were also studied.Result Over 1～2 years follow up,the rate of fairfunction of the removable dentures were 97.6%.Conclusion Casting titanium alloy frame is feasible for removable denture.
