摘 要:目的 :探讨大鼠脑皮质微血管梗塞模型凝血系统的动态变化及意义。方法 :5 0只SD雌性大鼠 ,应用光化学法诱导脑皮质微血管梗塞模型 ,观察正常对照组、血栓形成 2h、4h、6h、2 4h等不同时相大鼠血浆中组织因子 (TF)含量、血管性血友病因子 (vWF)含量、凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)的动态变化。结果 :光镜和电镜的病理形态学显示大鼠脑皮质微血管内皮损伤和血栓形成。血浆中TF含量 4h、6h组显著高于正常对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;vWF含量 2h、4h组显著高于正常对照组 ,P值分别小于 0 .0 1~0 .0 5。PT 4h组比正常对照组明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ;APTT 4h、6h组比对照组显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :光化学法可诱导脑皮质微血栓形成。TF、vWF含量增高 ,PT和APTT缩短是血栓形成的促发因素和病理表现。Objective: To study the dynamic changes of blood coagulation system on the cerebral cortex microvascular thrombosis in rats.Method: 50 healthy female SD rats were randomized to control group,2?4?6 and 24 hours after thrombosis groups. The model of cerebral cortex microvascular thrombosis was induced by photo-chemiscal method. TF:Ag,vWF:Ag,PT,APTT,Fbg of all groups were detected,dividely.Results: The results show endothelial cells injury and thrombosis in cerebral cortex microvascular is induced by photo-chemiscally;TF content in plasma show obviously difference among 4 h,6 h groups and that of control group ( P <0.01).vWF content in plasma show obviously difference among 2 h,4 h groups and that of control group.PT of 4 h groups are obviously shorten compare with that of control group ( P <0.01). APTT of 4 h?6 h group is obviously shorten compare with that of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Cerebral cortex microvascular thrombosis can be induced by photochemical method. TF and vWF content increasing,PT and APTT shortening are stimulative and clinic presentation of thrombosis.
