X线钡餐胃镜三维超声重建术对十二指肠球部溃疡诊断的对照性研究

摘　　要：目的 :本文的目的在于探索静态三维超声诊断十二指肠球部溃疡的准确性。方法 :在仪器的软件中加进F型切片分析功能及选择合适计算参数的基础上 ,使用了“设定立体对称中心”、“定义‘关注性区域’”、“开窗剖视”“微观重建”等方法。通过参照胃镜的分期总结出球部溃疡各期相应的声像图特点。结果 :用双盲法对三维超声与胃镜、X线钡餐和手术证实的胃镜检查结果进行对照 ,百分比分别为 83.1 % :84 .6 % ;96 .7% :5 1 .7% ;96 % :1 0 0 % ,X2 检查结果P >0 .0 5、P <0 .0 0 5、P≈ 0 .96 (Ti <1 )。结论 :应用静态三维超声诊断球部溃疡接近于胃镜 。Objective: To explore the accuracy of three-dimensional static echography in pileum ventriculi ulcer.Method: Based on the additional function as type F slice analyse, taking measures such as “set up solid symmetry loca”, “define attention region’”,“fenestration view”,choose appropriate parameter to compute, sum up the trait of supersonic images of pileum ventriculi ulcer in gastroscopy stages. Result:Contradistingnish the result of three-dimensional echography; gastroscope and x-Ray barium meal of operation by double-blind, the respective percentage were 83.1%: 84.6%; 96.7%:11.7%; 96:100%,x 2 while test result p>0.05, p<0.005, p<0.005, p≈0.96(Ti<1) Conclusion: The accuracy of three-dimensional echography in pileum ventriculi ulcer approach to gastroscope, superior to x-Ray barium meal.
