P53、MDR基因在食管癌、癌旁组织及化疗检测对比表达的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨食道癌和癌旁组织中P5 3、MDR基因的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法及逆转录酶—聚合酶链反应的方法 ,对 5 0例食管癌和 37例癌旁组织中P5 3、MDR基因的表达情况进行检测。结果 :P5 3基因蛋白在食管癌中有显著表达 6 8% (34 5 0 ) ,癌旁组织中有表达 5 9%(2 2 37) ;其中在正常组织中占 5 4% (1 3 2 4 ) ,在非典型增生中占 6 9% (9 1 3)。MDR基因在食管癌高、中、低分化中的表达水平有极显著意义 ,癌与正常组织有极显著意义。在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小上P5 3、MDR基因的表达无显著意义。结论 :P5 3、MDR基因在食管癌中均呈高水平表达 ,癌旁组织中MDR有表达 ,P5Objective:To study clinicophathologic significance of expression of P53、MDR gene in esophogeal squamous cell carcinoma and cancerous beside. Method: Histochemisty ABC and RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of P53、MDR genes in 50 carcinoma and 37 cancerous beside. Result: P53 gene piritin was marked expression in the cancer 68%(34/50),and was expression in the cancerous beside 59%(22/37) ,among 54%(13/24) was normal ,69%(9/13) was atypical hyperplasia ; Expression of Mdr-1 was marked difference , in tulmor of high middle ,low differentiation,has marked difference in cancer and normnal tissue . Both no difference in different from ages ,sex ,size of tumor et al. Conclusion:P53,MDR genes is high level experssion in the esophagus carcinoma MDR was.
