躯体不适为主诉的抑郁症综合干预临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察综合干预躯体不适为主诉的抑郁症治疗效果。[方法]将114例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组 ,研究组在口服抗抑郁药的基础上采用综合性心理干预、治疗 ,结合中医辨证治疗等 ,对照组仅口服抗抑郁剂治疗。[结果]观察治疗前、治疗后各时点HAMD减分情况比较 ,P<0.01,研究组治疗2周末、4周末、8周末HAMD改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]综合干预可有效治疗躯体不适为主诉的抑郁症。Objective] To observe the effect of synthetic intervention in treating depression with body discomfort as the chief complaints.[Method]One hundred and fourteen cases were randomly divided into treatment group(except for anti- depression medicine,synthetic psychological intervention and treatment combined with TCM differentiation treatment were given)and control group(anti-depression medicine only)according to the sequence number during the psychological examˉination.[Results]HAMD subtraction scale in each times point was observed after treatment,and analyzed result by Riddt showed P<0.01.The improvement of HAMD in the end of2weeks,4weeks,8weeks in treatment group was more obˉvious than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Synthetic intervention can effectively treat depression syndromes whose chief complaints are body discomfort.
