澳门南湾湖钻孔沉积物中烷基酚的初步研究

摘　　要：烷基酚具有环境生物体雌激素效应 .澳门南湾人工湖钻孔沉积物中壬基酚的浓度垂直分布在河口沉积环境时期 (1 970s～ 1 980s)为 2 1 7～ 5 91 μg/ g(平均 3 6 6 μg/ g) ,在湖泊沉积环境时期 (1 990s)为 0 6 9～ 3 0 4 μg/ g(平均 2 0 8μg/g) ;辛基酚浓度分布范围在湖泊沉积环境初期 (1 990s早期 )与河口环境类似 ,浓度范围为 1 4 33～ 39 1 1ng/g(平均 2 0 5 9ng/ g) ,随后浓度大幅度降低 ,浓度范围为 2 5 8～ 6 5 2ng/ g(平均 4 2 5ng/ g) .河口环境中的烷基酚来源包括珠江三角洲上游水系来源和澳门本地来源 ,而湖泊环境中则只有澳门本地来源 ,导致河口沉积环境中烷基酚的污染程度明显重于湖泊沉积环境 .烷基酚在钻孔沉积物剖面中的分布规律与区域经济发展及城市废水处理的进程都有一定的关系 ,同时 。Alkylphenols,nonylphenols (NPs), octylphenol (OP), are known to have estrogenic effects. In a sediment core from Nam Van artificial lake of Macao, the concentrations of NPs ranged from 2 17 to 5 91 μg/g, with mean value of 3 66 μg/g during the estuarine sedimentary environment from 1970s～1980s and from 0 69 to 3 04 μg/g, with mean value of 2 08 μg/g during lagoon sedimentary environment in 1990s. The concentrations of OP during the initial stages of lagoon environment in the early 1990s were similar to that in the estuarine environment, and ranged from 14 33 to 39 11ng/g. Subsequently, the concentration of OP was rapidly decreasing from 6 52 to 2 58 ng/g. Sources of APs in the estuarine condition included the urban runoffs from the upstream waters of Pearl River Delta and Macao city, but just from Macao in the lagoon condition. Consequently, concentration of APs in estuary condition was higher than that in lagoon condition. The vertical profile of concentration of APs in the sediment core, to some degree, was correlated with the development degree of regional economy and the proceeding of wastewater treatment. The results also showed that the alkylphenols in overlapping silty layer preferred to transfer downward to filling sandy layer.
