乙肝五项、抗HCV、抗-HIV在术前和产前的检测意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨乙肝五项、抗 HCV、抗 HIV在术前和产前检测的意义。方法 :随机收集 2 0 0 3年本院住院进行的各类手术的患者和产科产妇共 5 0 0例 ,术前和产前检测的乙肝五项、抗 HCV、抗 HIV1/2检测结果进行统计分析。结果 :5 0 0例患者中 ,HBsAg阳性率高达 17.2 % ,抗 HCV阳性率达 0 .8% ,抗 HIV1/2型可疑阳性未发现。结论 :在术前和产前的检测乙肝五项、抗 HCV、抗 HIV1/2对避免医务人员的职业感染和预防患者医院内感染、以及防止出现医疗纠纷都具有重要意义。Objctive To study the test sense of Five HBV markers(including HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HbcIgM),anti-HCV and anti-HIV1/2 in before-operation and before-birth,Methods A total of patients were colleted randomly in 2003s stay in the hospital getting of various surgical operation.The result of six HBV markers, anti-HCV and anti-HIV1/2 were statistics the analysis and compared.Results The positive rates was 17.2 % for HBsAg,0.8 % for anti-HCV,the suspicious positive of types of anti--HIV1/2 did not discovers,Conclusion The test of six HBV markers,anti-HCV and anti-HIV1/2 in before-operation and before-birth examination Bs occupation for avoiding personnel infection with prevent to get hospital inside infection,and prevent to appear the medical treatment dispute to all have the cardinal meaning.
