摘　　要：面向技术复杂性,技术创新组织走向复杂网络。复杂网络组织本质上是一个自组织网络,是技术创新组织在复杂性条件下进化的结果,它能很好地解决技术创新面临的复杂性难题,成为未来适合技术复杂性的理想创新组织。通过对复杂网络组织雏形--"日本企业多层级网络"的分析,揭示出在未来复杂性技术创新中,复杂网络组织将发挥重要作用。Facing technological complexity,the innovative organization emerged into complex network.The complex network organization is self-organizing network essentially,and is the result of the evopution of the technological innovation organization in condition of complexity.It can resolve the problems of complexity which technological innovations are in facing,and become an ideal innovative organization which is fit for the technologica complexity in future Through the analysis of the embryonic form of the compex network organization-Multilevel interfirm network,it makes known that the complex networks will play an important role in complex technological innoations in future.
