乳腺导管内乳头状瘤细胞学诊断的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨乳腺导管内乳头状瘤溢液涂片及针吸细胞学形态。方法 :选取 32例有病理诊断对照的导管内乳头状瘤细胞学涂片进行分析 ,光镜下观察稀薄溢液及血性溢液的不同细胞学形态 ,并与相应穿刺细胞学及病理组织学相对照 ,观察其细胞学涂片形态 ,并分析溢液涂片与穿刺涂片之间的联系。结果 :在 32例导管内乳头状瘤中 ,乳头溢液涂片细胞学诊断正确者 17例 (占 5 3.1% ) ,细针穿刺细胞学诊断正确者 2 1例 (6 5 .6 % ) ,两者相结合细胞学诊断正确者 2 7例 (占 84 .4 % ) ,误诊 3例 (占 9.4 % ) ,可疑者 2例 (占 6 .2 % )。结论 :溢液涂片与细针穿刺细胞学检查相结合可较准确诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤 。Objective To discuss the value of cytological diagnosis of breast in traductal papilloma by nipple secretion and fine needle aspiration biopsy(FNAB).Methods To choose a total of 32 cases which were checte with their histological diagnosis,we studied the changes of cytology morphology of nipple secretion and FNAB under microscopy.And analyzed the relation of nipple secretion and FNAB.Results in the 32 cases of breast intraductal papilloma ,the cytological diagnosis was correct in 27 cases(84.4 %),the missed 3 cases(9.4 %),2 case was suspected(6.2 %).Conclusions FNAB and nipple secretion is reliable for diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma,it have relus in nipple secretion and FNAB,but differential diagnosis is important to others.
