新鲜羊膜移植重建急性热烧伤眼表的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗严重急性眼表热烧伤临床治疗方法及疗效评价。方法 :选择本院连续住院急性眼表热烧伤 2 0例 (2 5只眼 )行单纯羊膜移植术 16眼 ,羊膜移植联合自体结膜移植 9眼。术后随访 12个月～ 2 4个月 ,平均 16个月 ,观察眼表及视力恢复情况。结果 :2 0例 2 5眼除 2眼外术后无角、结膜进行性溶解和穿孔 ,无纤维血管膜侵入角膜表面 ,眼表结构得到重建。结论 :新鲜羊膜移植可有效地用于严重急性眼表热烧伤创面的修复 ,具有减轻炎症反应 ,减少新生血管的形成 ,抑制纤维组织增生 ,重建眼表功能 ,减少并发病的作用。为二期角膜移植做准备。Purpose To research the treatment technique and curative effect of fresh amnion transplantation on the curing of acute serious eye burn. Methods 25 eyes of 20 consecutive in patients were selected in this study. Simple amnion transplantation were accepted in 16 eyes and combined with self conjunctiva transplantation in 9 eyes, which followed up for 12 to 24 months and outer eyes and vision were evaluated. Results All 25 eyes were reconstructed well without corneo conjunctival dissolve or perforation, without fibro vascular immersion beside 2 cases. Conclusion Fresh amnion transplantation can used in serious eye burn effectively.
