摘　　要：网络战略信息系统时期,信息系统规划(ISP)与企业规划(BP)关系研究成为企业信息化建设的焦点问题.文章提出了BP ISP集成阶段及其对规划活动影响的概念模型,并运用中国企业的经验数据,利用结构方程模型对集成程度与业务规划活动、ISP的地位及ISP实现过程中出现的问题等进行了实证分析.研究表明,随着集成阶段升高,规划活动中出现问题的程度呈现逐渐减弱的趋势,而企业规划、企业对ISP的战略需求以及首席信息官(CIO)的作用都变得更加重要.The relationship of information systems planning (ISP) and business planning (BP) is a hot topic in strategic information systems (SIS) era. The paper provides the conceptual model of integration stages of BP_ISP and its impact on the planning activities. Furthermore, the relationship among integrating stages, the status of ISP, ISP problems and BP activities are analyzed through empirical study using Chinese enterprises' data collected by mailing. And structure equation model (SEM) is used to testify the conceptual model. The results show that ISP goal, the role of CIO (chief information officer), the status of ISP and BP are related positively to the integration stage of BP_ISP, and ISP problems will be less if the stage is higher.
