摘 要:渔业资源的合理开发与最优化经营是亟待解决的关键问题.国外学者运用微分对策方法给出了共同财产渔业资源模型,并应用格林定理进行了求解.但是,已有模型解法烦琐,很难进行实际操作.为此,论文应用分布参数控制理论构造了一种渔业资源最优经营管理的分布参数控制理论模型,同时运用算子半群的理论和方法进行了求解,给出了渔业资源的最优经营管理策略.与研究同一问题的集中参数方法相比,这一方法直观、方便,经济意义明显,具有实用价值.The rational exploitation and the optimization management of fishery resource are key problems to be resolved. The foreign scholars have given a model of common fishery resource, and the solving method of the model is given too with the Green's theorem. The method, nevertheless, is very troublesome and difficult to be employed. To overcome this defect, a distributed parameters control theoretic model is studied in the optimal operation of fishery resource. A method used to solve the model is given by arithmetic operators semi_group theory, and an optimal operation strategy of fishery resource is presented. The method is better and more convenience than that of using centralized parameters. The economic meaning of the distributed parameters control model is very intuitionistic, and the present method has an important worthiness of practicality.
