摘  要:目的 :观察有氧运动对海洛因依赖患者脱毒后血浆 β 内啡肽 ( β EP)含量的动态变化。方法 :6 0例海洛因依赖患者随机分为运动组和非运动组各 30例 ,分别于脱毒后第 1天、第 4周早晨收集血液样本测定血浆 β EP的含量。结果 :脱毒第 1天 ,运动组与非运动组血浆 β EP含量差异无显著性 ,但与正常组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。脱毒第 4周 ,运动组与非运动组血浆 β EP浓度持续升高 ,但 2组间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,运动组与正常组比较差异无显著性 ,非运动组仍低于正常组。结论 :海洛因依赖患者血浆 β EP明显低于正常人群水平 ,停用后血浆β EP水平持续升高 ,有氧运动更能使机体内啡肽产生积极应答 ,有利于海洛因依赖患者康复。Objective: To observe the dynamic change in plasma β-endorphin peptide (β-EP) of heroin addicts post-detoxification after aerobic training. Methods: β EP was detected by radioimmunological assay in 60 heroin addicts who were divided into 2 groups (training and non training) with 30 patients each, and the sample collections were done in the morning at the first day and the fourth week after detoxification. Results: There was no significant difference ( P >0.05) in the samples collected at the first day between training and non training groups, but β EP levels in the two groups were lower than in the normal level with the difference being significant ( P <0.05). Continuous increases of β EP were found in samples collected at the fourth week of two groups with the difference being significant ( P <0.05), but no significant difference ( P >05) between the training group and normal control, while β EP in non training group was lower than in the normal control group with the difference being significant ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: Plasma β EP in heroin addicts are obviously lower than the normal controls, and β EP was increased continuously in two groups after detoxification. Aerobic training can more effectively increase the β-EP than non-training and promote the patients recovery.
