补肾益气和血方对胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜周期蛋白D3表达的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察补肾益气和血方对胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜cyclinD3表达的影响。　 方法　妊娠雌鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组各 2 0只 ,模型组取非孕子宫和妊娠子宫 ,余两组取妊娠子宫。采用免疫印迹法和免疫组织化学法 ,分别测定雌、孕激素、cyclinD3。　结果　胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜cyclinD3表达在时空上明显滞后 ,补肾益气和血方能促进胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜cyclinD3及时有序地表达。　结论　补肾益气和血方可促进子宫内膜cyclinD3的表达 ,并可能与子宫内膜的蜕膜化有关 ,可能有助于胚泡着床。Objective: To observe the effect of Bushenyiqihexue recipe on endometrial cyclin D3 expression in the mouse with embryo implantation dysfunction (EID).Methods:The expression of cyclin D3 protein was analyzed by means of immunoblot and immunohistochemical methods.Results: The expression of cyclin D3 protein in the EID mouse endometrium was delayed in a temporal and cell specific manner. Bushenyiqihexue recipe could help to restore the normal expression of cyclin D3 protein.Conclusion: Improving the expression of cyclin D3 protein in endometrium and eventually promoting endometrial decidualization could be one of the mechanisms for Bushenyiqihexue recipe to improve embryo implantation.
