细胞增殖核抗原Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的 :了解增殖细胞核抗原Ki 6 7在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜非典型增生、子宫增生期内膜中的表达状况及与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、分化程度、肌层浸润、淋巴浸润的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP法对 4 1例子宫内膜癌、1 7例子宫内膜非典型增生及 35例子宫增生期内膜组织中Ki 6 7表达状况进行检测。结果 :Ki 6 7在子宫增生期内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生、子宫内膜癌中的表达有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且有逐渐增高的趋势 ;子宫内膜癌中Ki 6 7表达随临床分期以及分化程度和肌层浸润深度的增加而增强 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :Ki 6 7蛋白对正常内膜细胞的增生、分化有重要的调节作用 ,同时Ki 6 7在子宫内膜非典型增生及子宫内膜癌中的表达明显逐渐增高 ,推测Ki 6 7蛋白与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及预后有关 ,Ki 6Objective: To investigate the expression of Ki 67 in endometrial carcinoma, atypical hyperplastic endometrum, and normally hyperplastic endometrium, and to study the relationship of Ki 67 expression with clinical stage, differentiation degree, histological grading, muscle invasiom and lymph gland invasiom of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Expression of Ki 67 was detected in 41 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 17 atypical hyperplasia and 35 normally hyperplastic endometrium with immunohistochemical S P assay. The relationship of Ki 67 expression with clinico pathologic feature and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. Results: The expression of Ki 67 in endometrial carcinoma was higher than in normal endometrium and atypical endometrial hyperplsia( P <0.05). In endometrial carcinoma, Ki 67 expression related to differentiation degree, histological grading, and clinical stages( P <0.05). Conclusions: There is strong expression of Ki 67 in endometrial carcinoma, and Ki 67 protein has regulative effect to cell proliferation and differentiation of endometrium. We consider that the Ki 67 protein might relate to genesis, development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma, and could be a useful index for prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
