摘 要:目的探索外周血GGTmRNA-H亚型表达与肝癌血源性播散的关系。方法以逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测原发性肝癌(HCC)、肝转移癌、良性肝病患者及健康者外周血γ-谷氨酰转移酶mRNA-H亚型(GGTmRNA-H)。结果38例HCC患者中有16例检出GGTmRNA-H,阳性率为42.1%。肝转移癌、良性肝病及健康者均为阴性。外周血GGTmRNA-H阳性率与临床分期、肝内转移、门静脉癌栓和远处转移密切相关。结论外周血GGTmRNA-H是反映HCC患者有无血源性播散的重要标志,并对AFP阴性或低值的HCC患者有补充诊断的作用。Objective: To identify the relationship between the expression of GGTmRNA-H and hematogenous metastatic spreading of tumor cells in patients with hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC). Methods: We detected the expression of GGTmRNA-H in peripheral blood from patients with or without HCC using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: GGTmRNA-H was positive in 16 of 38 cases (42.1%) of HCC but negative in peripheral blood from those with benign liver diseases, other tumors metastatic to liver and healthy volunteers. The presence of GGTmRNA-H in blood correlated with that of intrahepatic metastasis, potal vein thrombosis and distant metastasis. Conclusions: These findings indicate that the presence of GGTmRNA-H in peripheral blood may be an indicator of circulating HCC cells, which may predict hematogenous metastatic spreading of tumor cells in patients with HCC, and the detection of GGTmRNA-H may play a supplementary role in the diagnosis of HCC with low level of serum AFP.
