摘　　要：目的 :探讨颅底脑膜瘤骨增生与骨侵袭的关系及临床意义。方法 :选取 6 0例需手术治疗的颅底脑膜瘤病人 ,术前均行 CT检查 ,确定骨质增生的程度与部位 ;术中将肿瘤连同骨质增生进行病理检查 ,确定有无脑膜瘤细胞骨侵袭。结果 :CT证实的 34例颅底脑膜瘤病人有骨增生 ,进行增生骨质活检有肿瘤细胞侵袭的 31例。结论 :颅底脑膜瘤骨增生与肿瘤细胞骨侵袭有关 。Objective To investigate the hyperostotic changes in meningioma of the cranial base associated with tumor invasion and its clinical significance.Methods Sixty patients underwent resection for meningioma involving the cranial base.Preoperative radiographic evaluation using computed tomography was performed,and areas of hyperostosis were identified.During the resection of the tumor,biopsis from these hyperostotic regions were sent for histolagical evaluation regarding the presence or absence of tumor invasion of the bone.Results Preoperative neuroradiological assessment identified 34 patients with radiographic evidence of hyperostosis.Histological examination of the resected bone showed tumor invasion in 31 patients,including the area of radiographically identified hyperostosis in all of the 34 patients.Conclusion Hyperostotic changes in meningioma of the cranial base are caused by tumor invasion of the bone histologically.
