口服胰岛素对1型糖尿病小鼠预防与治疗作用

摘　　要：目的　探索口服胰岛素引起的免疫耐受对 1型糖尿病的预防与治疗作用。方法　将 4周龄雌性非肥胖型糖尿病 (NOD)小鼠随机分成 4组 ,任选 3组从鼠龄 4周、8周和 12周起开始灌胃给予 1mg胰岛素 ,对照组从鼠龄 4周起灌胃给予PBS。 4组均持续灌胃到鼠龄 35周。结果　各胰岛素给药组小鼠的 1型糖尿病累计发病率均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,生存率显著高于对照组 (P =0 0 0 9)。结论　口服胰岛素对 1型糖尿病具有预防与治疗作用。Objective To validate the preventive and therapy effects for type 1 diabetes with oral administration of porcine insulin.Methods Forty female NOD mice were divided randomizedly into four groups.Begining from four,eight and twelve-week age,tree groups were orally administered porcine insulin 700μl (1mg) and other 500μl PBS only.Twice before the twelfth week and then once weekly until 35-week age.Results When the mice were thirty-five-week age,the cummulative incidences of all insulin groups were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01),but the survival rates were significantly higher than the control one (P=0.009).Conclusion Oral administration of porcine insulin can not only prevent but also cure the type 1 diabetes.
