摘　　要：目的　探讨中国黑龙江地区正常人和马博尔纳病病毒 (BornaDiseaseVirus ,BDV)自然感染状况 ,进而比较分析中国自然感染的BDV与国外精神分裂症患者和患病马的BDV分离株及标准株He/80在种系发生中的关系。方法　用巢式RT -PCR方法检测中国黑龙江地区正常人和马匹单个核细胞 (peripheralbloodmononuclearcells ,PBM Cs)中BDV - p2 4基因片段 ,分别随机选取每种样本部分阳性扩增产物进行克隆测序 ,测序结果与国外精神分裂症患者和患病马的BDV分离株以及标准株He/80进行序列比较。结果　 76例正常人、34匹马的标本中BDV - p2 4基因的阳性检出率分别为 9 2 % (7/76 )和 2 3 5 % (8/34)。序列分析结果表明 ,中国黑龙江地区正常人和马感染的BDV的核苷酸序列除与一个新亚型株No/98差别较大 (大于 15 % )外 ,与其他国外精神分裂症患者和马源BDV分离株同源性均大于 94 % ,与标准株He/80同源性达到 98%以上。结论　证实黑龙江地区正常人和马中存在BDV的自然感染。该地区感染的BDV与标准株He/80存在高度的同源性。Objective To investigate the situation of BDV infection among normal persons and illed horses in Heilongjiang area and demonstrate the relationship between these isolates with those from the schizophrenia patients and horses in the world.Methods Nested RT-PCR was used to detect BDV-p24 gene from PBMCs of normal persons and horses in Heilongjiang area,and two positive nested-PCR products of each specimen were cloned and sequenced.Then the sequences were compared with those of the isolates from schizophrenia patients and horses in the world.Results 7 of 76 persons (9 2%) and 8 of 34 horses (23.5%) were found to be BDV-p24 positive.Except with the strain No/98,these nested RT-PCR products were highly conservative with the isolates from schizophrenia patients and horses in the world.At the nucleotide level,the divergences between the products and these isolates were all below 5%,and the conservation between these products with the standard strain of He/80 was the highest,more than 98%.Conclusion BDV infection existed in normal persons and horses in Heilongjiang area.BDV infecting the normal persons and horses in China was highly conservative with the standard strain of He/80.
