单纯性肥胖儿童血浆神经肽Y相关因素的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨单纯性肥胖儿童血浆神经肽Y(NPY)水平的相关因素。方法　用放免法测定 10 5名 6～ 13岁单纯性肥胖儿童 (轻度、中度、重度肥胖各 35人 )血浆NPY水平 ,并进行相关的问卷调查 ,对资料进行分类分析。结果　血浆NPY水平与年龄无关 ,男女组间无差异。中、重度肥胖组〔(173 6 6± 37 2 5 ) ,(185 71± 35 97)pg/ml〕显著高于轻度肥胖组〔(15 2 89± 30 82 )pg/ml〕 ,且体重越高 ,血浆NPY越高 ,二者呈显著正相关 ;高血脂组明显高于非高血脂组 ;有肥胖家族史组显著高于无家族史组 :每日频繁进食组显著高于非频繁进食组 ;肥胖持续时间长 (≥ 5年 )组显著高于持续短组 (<3年 )。结论　单纯性肥胖儿童血浆NPY水平与年龄、性别无相关 ,而与体重、血脂水平、肥胖家族史、每日进食频率、肥胖持续时间等因素有关。Objective To investigate the related factors of serum NPY level in children with simple obesity.Methods Serum NPY level was measured by radioimmunological simple obesity children aged 6-13.Results No relationship was observed between serum NPY level and age.No different NPY level was found between the male and female.NYP level was increased significantly in moderate and severe obesity than that in mild one,correlated positively with body weight.And NPY level elevated with the increase of body weight.NPY level in children with hyperlipidimia or family obesity history increased significantly than that in without.Children with a high frequency of food intake and long obesity history(≥5years) elevated NPY levels than those with normal frequency and short history(<3yeas).Conclusions Serum NPY level in simple obesity children was related to body weight,family obesity history,frequency of food intake and the course of obesity,but not to age and sex.
