摘　　要：“打黑除恶”是严打整治斗争的重点之一。本文扼要地阐明了何谓带黑社会性质组织犯罪。分析了带黑社会性质组织犯罪的社会成因、心理成因及防治对策,为打击带黑社会性质组织犯罪服务。It is one of the important aspects to struggle against organized crimes with the nature of sinister society.The author first briefly defines organized crimes with the nature of sinister society and then analyzes the social environment and the psychological origins for the rise of the crimes.It also provides some countermeasures in solving the problems,to benefit the current struggle.
