摘　　要：作者从加强汉语能力命题，制定命题指南，主观性试题作文、口试的命题评分，考生成绩单分数等几个不同的方面对高等汉语水平考试命题、评分过程做了进一步的详细分析，以期促进语言测试实践进一步开拓思路和现代化。With an aim of improving the theory of language testing and modernizing the means of the testing practice,the present author made a detailed analysis of the advanced Chinese Proficien- cy Test (HSK) in terms of designing and scoring from the following aspects:competent test de- signing,formulation of guidelines for test design,designing and scoring of subjective test(compo sition and oral test)and interpretation of the test-takers' score.
