P16在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 P1 6蛋白表达与胃癌临床病理指标间的关系 ,为预测胃癌发展及预后提供理论依据。方法 :采用 SP免疫组化法检测 1 0例正常胃组织和 5 0例胃癌组织中 P1 6表达。结果 :1 0例正常胃组织P1 6阳性表达率 80 .0 % ,明显高于胃癌组织 4 6 .0 % (2 3/ 5 0 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,胃癌高、中、低分化组阳性率分别为 72 .7%、4 7.6 %、2 7.8% ,三者间存在明显差别 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;同样浸润未超过肌层和超过肌层组 (6 0 .7% ,2 7.3% )也有显著差别 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;无淋巴结转移组阳性率 6 1 .5 % ,显著高于淋巴结转移组 (2 9.2 % ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;生存年限超过 5年组阳性率 6 2 .1 %明显高于生存年限低于 5年组 (2 3.8% ,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :P1 6蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度、生存年限呈正相关 ;与浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,P1 6蛋白表达可以作为胄癌组织发展与预后的预测指标之一。Objective:To explore the expression of P16 and its clinical significance in gastric carcinoma(GC). Methods: Expression of P16 was examined by SP immunohistochemica1 staining in 10 cases of normal gastric tissue(NGT) together with 50 cases Of human GC.Results:The positive ratio of P16 expression in NGT ,GC were 80.0%, 46.O% respectively with significant difference between them. There were remarkable differences among high, moderate, low differentiation (72.7%,47.6%,27.8%, respectively,P<0.05), and also between invasion through muscle and not(27.3%,60.7%,P<0.05)). Significant differences can be seen between lymph node metastasis and non( 29.2%,61.5%,P<0.05) as well as between postoperative survival time below 5y and over 5y(23.8%,62.1%,P<0.01).Conclusions:P16 was positively correlated with the differentiation degree, survival time, negatively correlated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis.P16 can inhibit the growth and metastasis of GC.P16 protein expression may be one of the predictive and prognostic factors of GC.
