摘　　要：介绍了一种新型小电阻测试仪的测量原理及其系统设计,包括系统的硬件和软件设计。该仪器选用CYGNAL公司的低功耗单片机C8051F005作为核心,具有数据存储、通讯以及LCD显示等各种功能。该测试仪具有低功耗、高精度、携带方便等特点,除了在实验室实用外,特别适于在工作现场的测量,把所测得的数据保存在单片机里,然后输入上位机,通过上位机强大的功能对数据进行分析处理。This paper presents the measuring principle and design of a new portable measuring instrument of little resistance, including its design of hardware and software. The ultralow-power C8051F005 produced in CYGNAL Corp has been as the core of this system, and so this instrument can complete data memorizing, communication, LCD displaying and other functions. Lower power-consuming, high accuracy and portable are all its peculiarities. So in particular it can be properly used in work field besides in the lab, the data sampled can be saved in the microcomputer and transferred to computer, data processing can be done by computer.
