摘  要:传统的汽车衡台面结构和刚度分析方法是把汽车衡秤台简化成一简支梁,因其模型过于简化,存在计算结果可靠性差、无法进行局部应力及应变分析等缺点。本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对SCS系列汽车衡秤台进行分析。在实体建模的基础上对刚度进行校核,重点对汽车衡超载时进行极限承载校核,得出超载时强度指标也应成为主要校核指标的结论,并给出合理的改进建议,为汽车衡的设计与生产提供有价值的参考。The traditional method of structural and rigid analysis of truck scale is to simplify the platform as a simply supported beam. As the model is too simplified, the result of this method will be unreliable and it cannot make part analysis about stress and strain. The finite element analysis of modular platform of SCS series truck scale with multi-block is analyzed with ANSYS software. Based on the solid model of the platform, the stiffness, as well as strength, is checked. Especially, the stiffness and strength of the platform are checked when it is overloaded. The conclusion is drawn that is different from the routine and strength check is more important than stiffness check. The result proves that proposed method is more effective and accurate than the conventional method. A reasonable proposal is presented. The analysis result offers valuable reference for the production and using of the truck scale.
