摘　　要：首先探讨了流程建模在跨组织业务流程重组过程中的重要性,并对现有的建模方法、技术和工具进行了分类、分析与比较,并根据跨组织业务流程的特点,提出工作流技术是一种合适跨组织流程进行重组的建模方法。Starting from discussing the role of process modeling in inter-organizational business process reengineering, the paper categorizes and analyzes the existing modeling methods, techniques and tools, compares different modeling methods and suggests that the workflow technique is suitable for process modeling in inter-organizational business process reengineering.
