摘　　要：教学资源的建设和应用是学生自主学习的前提。文章就开放教育教学资源的建设和应用情况进行调查与研究,并对教学资源的建设和应用提出了一些看法和建议。The construction and application of the instructional resource, which is the demand of the mode of long-distance education, is the precondition of students' self-determination study. This dissertation provids some outcome of the study on the situation, the contribution and application of the instructional resource, and offeres some advice.
