摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的CT表现。方法 :回顾性分析了经手术病理证实的 2 3例 ,男 10例 ,女13例 ,平均年龄 8个月 6岁。结果 :CT显示不规则的实质性肿块 ,边缘清楚 9例 ,瘤内钙化 18例 ,瘤内出血及坏死 12例。结论 :CT不仅能显示病变的形态特征及周围组织的变化 ,而且能显示早期淋巴转移。在诊断神经母细胞瘤上有重要的定性作用。Objective To study CT scan finding of retroperritoneal n eroblastom.Methods 17 cases cofirmed by operation and pathology w ere retrospectively analysed.Boys were 10 cases,girals 13.Age ranged from 8 m-6 years.Results CT scan revealed irregular solid mass in all at ret roperitoneal space;Clear border for 9,others for 14 either or hemorrhage or nec rosis,and or calcifictions in 13.Conclusion CT scan not only can d emonstrate lesions and change of tissue surrounding lesions,also can manifest we ll.CT plays important role to the diagnosis of neroblastoma.
