摘　　要：目的　评价玻璃体显微手术取出眼内异物及治疗并发症的价值。方法　玻璃体显微手术摘除眼内异物 39例 39眼 ,同时行白内障摘除 17眼 (Ⅰ期人工晶体植入 12眼 ) ,行视网膜复位术 19眼 (硅油填充 10眼、12 %～ 16 %C3 F8填充 9眼 )。结果　 39例眼内异物均一次手术摘除 ,随访 6～ 2 1个月 (平均 13 2个月 ) ,视网膜复位 16眼 (84 2 % ) ,脱盲 (视力≥ 0 0 5 )率从术前2 5 6 % (10 / 39)上升至术后 6月的 6 9 2 % (2 7/ 39) (P <0 0 1)。结论　玻璃体显微手术摘除眼内异物准确性高 ,损伤少 ,成功率高 ,同时积极治疗并发症白内障、视网膜脱离、玻璃体出血 ,有助于恢复视功能及提高术后视力。Objective To evaluate the effect of extraction of intraocular foreign body and treatment of its complications with vitrectomy.Methods 39 eyes in 39 patients underwent extraction of intraocular foreign body with vitrectomy,17 eyes combined with cataract extraction(12 eyes combined with the first stage intraocular lens implantation) and 19 eyes with retinal attachment surgery(10 eyes with silicon oils and 9 eyes with 12%～16% C 3F 8 tamponade).Results Intraocular foreign body were extracted in the first operation in all of the 39 eyes,retina attached in 16 eyes(84.2%),recovery rate from blindness(visual acuity≥0.05)increased from 25.6%(10/39)preoperatively to 69.2%(27/39)posto peratively(P<0.01).Conclusions Extraction of intraocular foreign body with vitrectomy have good accuracy,less damage and high success rate,it is favorable for the treatment of complications such as cataract,retinal detachment,vitreous hemorrhage at the same time and is helpful in recovering of the visual function and increasing visual acuity postoperatively.
