216例单纯重症肌无力外科治疗分析

摘　　要：目的　总结单纯重症肌无力围手术期处理经验。方法　回顾分析我科 1978年～ 2 0 0 4年 5月手术治疗重症肌无力(MG) 2 87例中单纯MG 2 16例手术前准备、术中处理、术后危象的预防及处理。结果　 2 16例发生危象 13例 (6 .0 % ) ,肺部并发症 11例 (5 .1% ) ,术后死亡 2例 (0 .93% ) ,其余病例均顺利出院。结论　胸腺切除是治疗单纯重症肌无力的一种安全、有效的方法 ,随着围手术期处理技术提高 ,手术的并发症、死亡率已明显降低。Objective To summarize the experiences of perioperative management of thymectomy for nonthymomatous myasthenia gravis (MG).Methods Two hundred eighty -seven patients underwent thymectomy for MG in our department from 1978 to 2004.The preoperative preparation,operative management and prevention of postoperative myasthenia gravis crisis in 216 patients with nonthymomatous MG it were analysed that.Results There were postoperative myasthenia crisis in 13 cases (6.0%) and pulmonary complications in 11 cases (5.1%).Two cases( 0.93% ) died in the postoperative period.Conclusion Thymectomy for nonthymomatous MG is safe and effective.It is the key of reduceing complications and mortality rate to strengthen the perioperative management.
