摘 要:目的 :检测人牙髓标本中Hp的存在情况 ,探计Hp与牙髓病变的相关性以及Hp的传播途径和传播方式。方法 :本实验分为 5组 ,共计 79例标本 ,前 4组取根髓 ,第 5组取龈下牙石。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和Hp快速诊断试剂盒两种方法检测不同病情下人牙髓和牙石标本中的Hp。 结果 :经 χ2 检验各牙髓组间Hp检出率无明显性差异 ;而牙髓组与龈下牙石组间Hp检出率均有显著性差异。 结论 :发现在人牙髓中存在Hp ,牙髓中幽门螺杆菌的存在可能是Hp不易清除和相关疾病易于复发的原因。AIM:To investigate the presence of H.pylori in pulps of different kinds of pulp diseases,to study the route and mode of H.pylori transmissin.and to discover the relation between H.pylori and oral diseases of the patients.METHODS:79 samples were divided into five groups H.pylori rapid diagnosis kit and PCR mehtod were used to detect H.pylori in dental pulps of the four groups and in subgingival dental calculus of the rest group in diferent pulp diseases.results were analyzed with χ~2 test.RESULTS:The statistical analyses indicated that there were no statistically significant differenced of H.pylori positive rate in pulps of the four groups (P>0.05).while there was a significantly higher H.pylori positive rate in the subgingical dental calculus group that those in the dental pulp groups (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:We found colonization and propagation of H.pylori in the human dental pulp.Colonization and propagation of H.pylori in the dental pulp may cause the difficulty of complete killing H.pylori and thus lead to the disease related to H.pylori infection tendency to recurrent.
