补钙对骨质疏松防治作用的研究进展

摘　　要：本文就近年来钙在防治骨质疏松中作用的研究进展,如钙对骨密度增加、抗骨折效应、减少骨质丢失作用、不同钙源的吸收率、补钙的剂量和方案、以及补钙的安全性等作简要综述。The present article reviewed the recent data on the study of calcium in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,such as increasing bone mass density,lessenning the danger of fracture and reducing bone loss.Absorbability of calcium sources,as well as dosage,schedule and safety of suppl-ementing calcium is also discussed.
