摘  要:目的 观察Confoscan 2 0共焦显微镜下正常活体角膜影像表现 ,测量基质细胞密度与各层厚度。方法 检查 3 4例 ( 4 8眼 )正常人。记录图像 ,并计算基质细胞密度和各层厚度。结果 基质细胞密度从前到后逐渐降低 ,前基质比后基质细胞密度明显增高 (t =-9 0 16,P =0 0 0 0 ) ,Bowman膜下密度最高 ,为 ( 1113 2± 2 2 7)个 /mm2 。全基质细胞密度为 ( 80 6 5± 5 7)个 /mm2 。角膜中央厚度为 ( 5 68 3± 5 3 8) μm ,基质层为 ( 4 65 5± 60 2 ) μm ,上皮层为 ( 5 8 5± 2 0 4) μm。各层厚度均与全基质细胞密度无显著相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 Confoscan 2Objective To quantify keratocyte density of stromal region and measure the thickness of the normal human cornea and its layers in vivo. Methods Forty-eight normal corneas of 34 subjects were examined by confocal 2.0 microscopy.Images were recorded by continuously focusing the optical section through the full thickness central cornea.The keratocyte density of every region was calculated,and the thickness of central cornea and its layers were measured by Z-scan system. Results The keratocyte density in the anterior stroma was significantly higher than that of the posterior stroma (t=(-9.016),P=0.000).Keratocyte density of the stroma near Bowman’s membrane was highest in image.Full-thickness central keratocyte density was (806.5±57)cells/mm^(2).Thickness of central cornea,central stroma and central epithelium was (568.3±53.8)μm,(465.5±60.2)μm and (58.5±20.4)μm,respectively.There were no significant correlations among full-thickness keratocyte density, central cornea thickness, stromal thickness or epithelial thickness. Conclusion Confocal 2.0 microscope is a useful tool for quantifying keratocyte density and measuring cornea thickness and layers in vivo.
