摘　　要：介绍了YF-97型防腐剂在哈尔滨石化分公司第三套催化裂化装置应用。通过对水样的分析结果表明:YF-97型防腐剂对催化分馏塔顶及吸收稳定系统的冷换设备和管线防腐效果较好;水样中的Fe2+浓度由1.51mg/L下降到0.26mg/L,pH值由9.40下降到9.00;降低了设备的维修费用,保证装置长周期运行,效益显著。The applications of YF-97 anticorrosion agent on the third catalytic cracking unit of Petrochina Harbin Petrochemical Branch Co.are introduced.The analyses on water samples indicate that YF-97 anticorrosion agent is very effective on the top of catalytic fractionating tower and heat exchange equipments and pipelines. The Fe2+ concentration in water samples is reduced from 1.51 mg/L to 0.26 mg/L, pH value is reduced from 9.40 to 9.00. With the lower equipments maintenance costs and longer unit running time, the benefit improvement is achieved.
