摘　　要：目的观察在月经周期中妇女行为活动的变化。方法本工作以问卷填表方式调查在月经周期中妇女行为活动的变化 ,应用多道脑电图观察在月经周期中安静清醒时脑电波型的变化。结果与黄体期对比 ,在卵泡期妇女易兴奋激动 ,注意力集中较困难 ,易乏力倦睡 ,在月经中期更甚。闭眼后 ,与黄体期相比 ,在卵泡期α梭形波频率慢、幅度高 ,经期更甚 [卵泡期 ( 9.83± 0 .40 )次 /分 ,黄体期 ( 13 .83± 0 .60 )次 /分 ,P <0 .0 1] ;安静睁眼时 ,与黄体期相比 ,在卵泡期额叶 β波频率更快、幅度更低 ,月经中期更甚 [卵泡期 ( 2 6.83± 1.0 1)次 /分 ,黄体期 ( 16.67± 0 .88)次 /分 ,P <0 .0 1]。结论在月经周期中机体行为活动的变化与体内雌孕激素浓度的周期性变化有关。Objective To explore the change of women behavior action. MethodsBy writing sheet, we observed the change of behavior action at menstruation cycle. By recording ploysommograms, we observed the electroenphalogram at follicular phase and luteal phase. ResultsWomen appear higher excitability, their attention concentrates more difficultly, they fatigue more easily at follicular phase than luteal, but it is the most obviously at 13～14 day of menstruation cycle. When eyes were closed, the frequency of αspindle wave was slower and its breadth was higher,and when eyes were opened, the frequency of βwave was faster and its breadth was lower at follicular phase than luteal phase, but it is the most obviously at 13～14 day of menstruation cycle. ConclusionThe change of women behavior is induced by the difference of estradiol and progestin concentration in blood at menstruation cycle.
