摘　　要：通过探讨高校毕业生学位论文的文献价值,分析了建立学位论文全文数据库的必要性,针对国内外学位论文数据库建设的现状,提出了高校图书馆加强学位论文全文数据库建设的对策以及在建库过程中应注意的问题。This paper discusses the document value of degree papers of colleges and universities graduates, analyzes the necessity of setting up full text data base of degree papers. According to the current situation of degree papers datab ase construction at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some countermeasure s of accelerating the construction of full text database of degree papers in the libraries of colleges and universities, and matters needing attention in constr uction of database.
