摘　　要：论述了在市场经济条件下必须重新认识科技期刊的地位和作用,发挥期刊自身的优势,适应市场竞争的需要,为科研、生产服务,加速科技成果向现实生产力的转化,以质量求生存,以创新求发展。This paper discusses on that people must recognize the position and functions of the sci-tech periodicals under the conditions of the market econom y, give full play to the superiorities of the sci-tech periodicals themselves, and the sci-tech periodicals must meet the needs of the market competition, ser ve the scientific research and production, accelerate the transformation of sci-tech payoffs into actual productivity, strive for the existence with the quali ty and for the development with the innovation.
