摘　　要：基于对沙尘暴的成因、沙尘暴生态效应、沙尘暴治理等问题的重新认识,提出国家治理荒漠化的工作重心、投资重点不应再是单纯的植树造林,而应将生态移民作为一个投资方向,将有限的资金用到最能产生效益的地方。Based on the recognition of the genesis of the sandstorm, the ecolog ical effect of the sandstorm, and the control of the sandstorm, etc., this paper points out that the working center and investing emphasis of the state should n o longer the forest planting, and should take the ecological immigration as the investing direction, and put the limited funds into the place where can produce the best benefit.
