摘　　要：针对钢铁棒材生产工艺现状 ,分析了棒材传输过程中的运行规律 ,采用双重传感器检测手段和技术 ,设计了自动计数电路及机电一体化检测装置 .并结合算法 。Based on technological process of bar steel production, the paper analyzed the movement law of bar steel during the period of conveying. By means of photoelectric testing technique, an automatic counting control circuit and a mechanical & electrical measuring equipment were designed, meeting the requirement of automatic counting of bar steel.
