摘　　要：通过模糊综合评价在人力资源管理过程中的具体应用 ,提出了在员工考评过程中应注意的问题 ,从而能够有效加强企业人力资源的管理。The paper introduced the application of fuzzy mathematics in personnel assessment and put forward the issues that should be paid attention to during assessment in order to strengthen the administration of manpower resource effectively.
