摘　　要：通过理论分析和实验经验总结 ,讨论了微观结构、掺杂及烧结工艺对 Ti O2 压敏电阻器电性能的影响 。By theoretical analysis and practical experimental summary,the effects of microstructure and dopant and sintering process on electrical properties of TiO_2 varistor are discussed. By changing these factors properly, the better electrical property can be achieved.
