摘 要:采用sol-gel法制备了Fe3+-Ce4+、La3+-Ce4+共掺杂TiO2光催化剂,以对水溶液中RhodamineB的降解考察其光催化活性。XRD结果表明,制备的催化剂为锐钛矿型。共掺杂催化剂的光活性均高于单掺杂催化剂,La3+-Ce4+共掺杂TiO2光催化剂光活性高于Fe3+-Ce4+共掺杂TiO2光催化剂。荧光光谱(PL)结果表明,La3+-Ce4+共掺杂TiO2光催化剂有较弱的荧光强度,说明光催化活性与荧光强度具有负相关性。Titanium dioxide photo-catalysts co-doped with Fe^3+ -Ce^4+ and La^3+-Ce^4+ by using the sol-gel method were prepared to evaluate the photo-catalytic activities of its degradation of Rhodamine B in solution. The results of XRD showed that the crystal's structure is the type of anatase. The photo-catalytic activity of the catalyst co-doped by metal is higher than that of single-doped, especially, the activity of TiO_2 co-doped La^3+ and Ce^4+ is higher than that of TiO_2 co-doped Fe^3+ and Ce^4+. The result of PL shows that the PL intensity of TiO_2 co-doped La^3+ and Ce^4+ is weaker than that of TiO_2 co-doped Fe^3+ and Ce^4+ It indicates that the photo-catalytic activity has negative correlativity with PL intensity.
