钢铁企业MRPII的实施研究

摘　　要：MRPII在实施于非离散制造业时,人们十分关注它的适用性问题。本文通过分析MRPII管理模式的特点,指出它对于非离散制造业的一般适用性,并针对钢铁企业实施MRPII时所遇到的难点阐述了钢铁生产对于MRPII的要求并提出相应的解决方法。As MRPII implement in non-discrete manufacturing,more attention is paid to the suitability of MRPII to non-discrete manufacturing.This paper tries to analyze the features of MRPII management pattern in order to prove that MRPII is generally suitable for non-discrete manufacturing.In addition,this paper aim at resolving the problems which occur in the implement of MRPII in Iron and Steel Enterprise,some requirements for MRPII suitable for iron and steel production are put forward and the corresponding resolvents are proposed.
